I had my vehicle serviced today (oil change, etc.) and dealt with Chetna Arora. She is extremely helpful and pleasant. I had dealt with her in the past, too, just after I purchased my car, due to some problems I was having with the car. She is a pleasure to work with. Hopefully all will go well with my car, and I won't need to see her for a few months - but I look forward to dealing with her in the future.
