Excellent service by John in taking care of engine light issues and providing a courtesy vehicle. Very satisfied with the service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Mercedes-Benz Surrey. They handled a recall on my car and also did some programming work — everything was done quickly and professionally. They even cleaned my car before returning it and provided me with two Uber rides while the work was being done, which made things super convenient. The staff was friendly and kept me updated the whole time. Definitely a 5-star experience — highly recommend them!
Worst dealer to take your car for service or any kind of repair. They will ALWAYS create a problem so your bill will be huge. Aleksander is Not helpful. Extremely disappointed i will never bring my car again and will make sure I tell everyone
Best dealership because of two main people!! Zubair for handling the sale of the car was fantastic to deal with and the level of professionalism this man has is out of this world!!
