I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic customer service particularly as a returning customer. After contacting Jay Wu regarding a vehicle I was told he would follow up later that day. That deadline came and went without any follow up. I emailed Jay the next morning and waited. Again, no response. Hours later, I reached out again. Finally, he responded without an apology.
