I have been coming here for my Mazda 3 for years. Today I came here to service my CX-50 Hybrid but it doesn't appear staff is very familiar with this model since it is no longer available in Canada due to tariffs. I brought my Mazda to this service center due to jerky shifting and the AT light being on. The team diagnosed the issue as a faulty Shift Solenoid A and recommended replacing it for over $1,300. I was led to believe this would fully resolve the issue. After the repair, I was informed that the problem still existed — and now the Transmission Control Module (TCM) needed to be replaced for an additional $900. This possibility was never communicated to me during the diagnostic process or before authorizing the repair. I refused ... read more
