Emailed a Sales Manager to get some info about a new lease, no response. Followed up a few days later with the General Manager regarding the lack of a reply from the Sales Manager, no response. UPDATE: if my initial emails weren't sent through, I'm not sure resending will make a difference. Please see screenshot.
The team at OpenRoad Mazda was fantastic and made buying a car super easy. Sanmeet "Sunny", Marin, and Ashlene were extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the vehicle and financing options. Their on-site Auto Insurance agent Aleks was also very helpful and patient. The best part is there was no pressure! I would recommend buying a vehicle here again to anybody.

Just bought a 2016 mx 5 from Jay Wu. awesome service and delivery. Simply walked in saw Jay told him i wanted the car and drove away a few hours later. one of the easiest purchases i ever made. Also the staff at Openroad Mazda were amazing. i highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here.
