The service department always tries to upsell you. No transparency with pricing and recommended services. They increased prices by 40% in some parts in less than 6 months (I have the proof). I've been taking my Mazda 3 there for the past 2.5 years, but after so many transparency issues and many tactics to upsell you, they have lost a customer.
We had a great experience at Open Road Mazda Port Moody. Buying a car is often stressful but we had a super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, Mohammad. In addition, Marin and Ashlene were also lovely to deal with and streamlined the purchase process. At no time did we feel pressured by anyone. The car upon pick up was absolutely spotless and the big red bow on the hood was a nice touch :)
They were very polite, friendly, and pleasant.
