I leased a car from this company two years ago as a newcomer. They took $10,000 upfront and gave me a 4-year lease at 10% interest with extra insurances — one costs $63/month. The Mazda uses too much gas, and when I tried to return it, they did nothing to help. Be careful — very high interest, unnecessary insurance, and poor service.
We purchased our 2024 Golf R at OpenRoad Port Moody and were pleased with the service, professionalism and friendly staff. We will return for our next purchase and recommend others as well. A special mention for Marin Azinovic the Sales Manager and Lovish Mittal our Product Advisor, both were incredibly nice and genuine which made our car buying experience better than other dealerships we have purchased from. Enjoyed working with Victor whom quickly sorted a baseline quote and allowed us to move quickly to finalise. It’s a drive to get there for us but I’d still put them forward as a good dealer because they listen and negotiate and work something out as opposed to playing ping pong for 3 weeks like some other dealers. Time is precious, get it done.
