I drive a Mercedes, and every time I visit Mercedes I feel welcomed and valued. My visit to Lexus, however, was very disappointing. I was looking for an SUV for my wife, but I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously just because I’m young. The service was cold and uninterested, and Lexus has a lot to improve if they want to compete in the luxury experience.
