riley spiers is very rude on the facebook marketplace, he works for this company as director, you can kinda have a picture of how they treat customers.
I am concerned about the dangerous driving I witnessed from a vehicle carrying an Openlane dealer plate. The driver was traveling at a high speed and ran a red light at an intersection, nearly causing a serious collision. Please address this with your staff, as this type of reckless behavior is completely unacceptable on our roads.
Just watched a dealer driving a corvette with OpenLane plates doing fish tails all over the road reviving the engine like crazy. Young kid with a tan backward hat acting like a total idiot racing down Keele street at noon.
I had a very bad experience with Openlane arbitration. They always support sellers who don’t disclose damage properly .I limited Openlane mainly because their arbitration system is inefficient. I no longer believe in this platform like I used to. We’re still paying a high price for poor service.
OPENLANE is a DISGRACE to the car dealer auction industry along with their reps/managers. They don't follow the LAW of FULL DISCLOSURE and continue to enable sellers to pass the problem car down the line. They have made the industry worse and are costing buyers thousands of dollars!
