This is my first go around with the heroic customer support and I must say it's pretty heroic as long as you don't need anything done say within like a super immediate period like 45 minutes which is how long I've been on hold waiting for one person to answer. All because the system doesn't work the way the video says it should. Not getting off on a good foot!
