My last two appts have been awful. Fingernail cuts on my face and bruising. Today was pure torture. Will think long and hard about coming back.
This was the worst experience I have ever been through it started off being so fun and The staff was so nice ..then at the end I had to wait... and they were just checking to see if my check ... I told the lady I could've showed you I have money on my cell phone or I could've logged in faster than that .. I felt like I was being discriminated against because I'm black.. when I asked the lady should I go have an orange one lady came in and said yeah I check is good I cried so bad because I was there for 4 1/2 hours
This place is great all the staff are A �, me and my wife love going there I highly recommend . Update had swollen gums called open care got an appointment . Dentist and staff went about and beyond . Thank you. I can go on and on about open care.

Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. They are very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I never felt guilty for the problems that I have with my teeth and they never made me feel bad about the condition I let my mouth get to. Their pricing is also amazing and they do everything they can to help you. I was down on my luck and needed a tooth removed right away. They told me to come on down on a Wednesday mid morning and were able to treat me within 30 minutes of me getting there. They are a great team ... read more
