Had an amazing experience with Natalie my dental hygienist, and Dr. Dains. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and informative. Natalie made my cleaning comfortable and explained everything so thoughtfully, while Dr. Dains took the time to answer all my questions with care. Their thoughtful approach made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this fantastic team!
I'd been a customer here for years, until today. Last month, I'd had a routine cleaning scheduled, but missed it as I wrote the wrong time on my calendar. They told me that it was no problem when I called the same day to reschedule. Then, today, when I went to my rescheduled appointment, they tried to charge me a $75 fee for the missed appointment, which I cannot afford. It's their right to charge a fee, but they should have told me about it a month ago, and $75 is outrageous.
I was displaced by the fires in Los Angeles and I had a dental emergency. Dr Dains came in on a Saturday to take care of the issue. What a wonderful experience ( if going to dentist can be a wonderful experience). Dr Dains was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable And affordable. If you live in Lajolla you are very fortunate to have him in your community. If I could give him more than five stars I would. Cheers
I am a 74 year old MD, Radiologist, so I have a lot of experience with patient care. Chad is quite competent, well trained, and a good communicator. I hold him in high regard. That I have chosen him as my dentist, and remain pleased, speaks for itself. His prices are reasonable. I am very happy.
