Great staff at open water Roger was able to get me back on the water in no time. After the service done to the carburetor the boat still running like a top. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
Open Water Inc has been my number one service provider for almost two years. I have relied on them to keep my 2015 Mercury 250 Pro XS running strong. On two separate occasions I experienced issues with the engine for which they provided prompt inspection and repair. On both issues they kept me informed of the process and had me back on the water in short order. I have been utilizing Open Water Inc for the past two years and have had nothing short of fast, responsive and quality service. I fish Bass tournaments at every level and I rely on Open Water Inc to keep my 2014 Mercury 250 XS running strong! Roger and Tammy and staff are fantastic. Honest and straight forward. The only time I had a problem it ended up being that I was not aware of the different components in an engine. Fuel lines did not have anything to do with my water pump? I am not mechanical at all but Roger was very nice and explained exactly what the issues were and took care of them right away. I have a Mercury Verado and Roger is the only man around I will let touch my boat. He is the man to talk to if you are looking for someone who will treat you right and stand behind his work. 100% customer satisfaction is what you will find at Open Water!!
Roger repaired my boat motor, when I took it out it started messing up again. I called him and within 30 minutes he had picked up my boat took it to his shop and had it ready for me that weekend. If you want someone that stands behind his work then this is the man. He spent 5 hours of his time and took my boat out numerous times to insure the problem was fixed. With the time he spent he barely recovered the cost of parts. Now that my Friend is customer service. Thanks Roger for going the extra mile to satisfied me.
