The instructors here are wonderful and we've always felt safe but do NOT travel with this shop. The owner cannot be trusted with your time or money. He told us months in advance what the itinerary was for an international trip and that we needed to get flights to JFK, ok fine. At the time, also sent us the flight confirmation for the domestic flight we'd need once overseas. Three weeks later, asked us for early final payment because his "travel guy was retiring and didn't want to renew his license at the end of the year so w... read more
As a relatively new diver I was exploring shops in the Charlotte area. The staff here treated me well. I took a refresher course and a Nitrox course, and both were well worth my time. The dedicated pool makes this a super convenient facility. I gained some good knowledge, safety tips, and have had a great experience so far. I would recommend this spot to anyone in the Charlotte area looking for a diving home base.
