The instructors here are wonderful and we've always felt safe but do NOT travel with this shop. The owner cannot be trusted with your time or money. He told us months in advance what the itinerary was for an international trip and that we needed to get flights to JFK, ok fine. At the time also sent us the flight confirmation for the domestic flight we'd need once overseas. I have been coming here with my mom since we first moved to Charlotte in 2006. For years, we have been treated as family. The dive shop has high-quality gear, and lots of style choices! (I especially love my aqua lung purple galaxy wetsuit!!!) Recently went to Florida Springs for a snorkeling/scuba diving trip with Reggie and Jeremy and had a wonderful experience!!! So my wife and I finished our open water certification about a month ago but I wanted to hold off on my review until after our st Lucia dive trip where we could put our new skills to the test. Highly recommend this place to anyone even thinking about scuba diving. The staff there was extremely helpful and had a level of customer service that is rare to experience these days.
