Excellent first appt! We had a detailed consultation before getting started and Anna explained everything she did and checked for permission before doing something different. Most professional massage therapist I've had and made me feel totally comfortable through the whole process.
As someone who has been getting deep tissue massage for years, I was not sure what to expect but am always open to new ways of making my body feel better. Anna was great! She talked me through each movement and how to best assist or relax through them. There were some areas I felt the difference immediately and others had a more delayed effect. Overall a great experience and I will return. Highly recommend to those who need relief and don’t like to be handled with a heavy hand.
I’ve worked with Anna for years and can truly say she is a thorough therapist and a fantastic healer. I trust anyone I send to her because I know they’re in great hands!
