They don't replace caregivers...they will leave the elderly to fend for themselves...They haven't paid my caregiver in 2 weeks. I won't have a caregiver if she can't pay her bills. I do NOT recommend...RUN AWAY
I had the most positive experience with Open Systems Healthcare. Their staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Every time i called to get help with anything they were friendly and willing to help 100%. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for health care.
Worst possible company you could go with. Aids dont show up for their shifts with no notice leaving the elderly with no help. Called the on call who just state they cant do anything if they dont know. But do not try to get anyone in to cover the shift. Do NOT go with this company...
