Unprofessional and couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my teeth when I asked and the person had a attitude the whole time when I was there
Worst service ever!!!!! I do not know what happened to the personnel here; they used to be very kind, respectful, and honest. All the good they had is gone. I went for an emergency visit where they recommended an extraction. I said ok (my insurance covers the extraction). They come back and say that I have to pay $600 for the extraction cause the dentist doesn't take my insurance. The office is charging my insurance, and the office pays the dentist, which means I'm covered. This is the second time something similar happened ... read more
So I had an appointment for 2 pm got there and had to wait until 4:15 for my appointment, I had a cavity removal and had the Jewish dentist, he was just so aggressive is like he doesn’t cares about his patients, during the removal I had express discomfort few to the drilling, he didn’t care. This had to be one of my worst dentist experiences and would NOT RECOMMEND this place, even the receptionist was so rude and nonchalant and doesn’t even speak or treat the patients with and respect. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST.
