We purchased our 2025 Rockwood signature 8336BH from open roads RV in January because we wanted this purchase to be from a hometown dealership, not one of the big guys. After taking it out for our first trip, we found a few minor issues that needed to be fixed under warranty. We took it in in February. Great service. They were very helpful and big improvement from what I'm use to with other RV service businesses.
My trailer looks great and got it back quickly after I brought it in. Working with Matt was easy. He was thorough and kept me informed along the way during the repairs to my camper.
