This review is regarding great service. My initial involvement with Open Road Subaru was assisting my sister with her new Impreza purchase a few years ago. That experience was awesome, and I provided a very positive review. My sister has had her car serviced there and I believe was quite satisfied. Have been in a back and forth with them for about a month over a used car they sold us. The car was undriveable and within a couple miles it started leaking coolant. We took this car back THREE TIMES. The first time they claimed they fixed the issue and would not charge us for any work done, they simply topped off the coolant and tightened the clamp around the coolant hose as a bandaid. Had a great service experience today with Liam and Alberto. Great communication, and helped me test and replaced the bad battery under Subaru's factory warranty. Service is quick as well. Would recommend.
I recommend 0pen Road Subaru Service for their great customer service and quality mechanical services.
Great location, staff is friendly and professional. They do a good job of checking you in. Photos of the cars exterior. Communication is very good too.
