Friendly customer service
I have been to Open Road service three times (different incidents). I had a flat caused by a grate had to get a tire replaced using my roadside hazard, at first the person working with me was extremely rude and wasn’t going to honor my roadside hazard warranty and I had to insist that I was told I can use it at any Subaru. It could have turned into a big incident but the manager told him it was ok. I have been back for different reasons since then and the service is good.
