I had my Subaru service today on my 2023 Outback. The staff were dealing with work issues, don’t we all? Not to worry, I love my Subaru as does my family and friends who own theirs! Thank you for servicing my car in one day today. I really appreciate it. I’m always going to be a Subaru owner!
This review is regarding great service. My initial involvement with Open Road Subaru was assisting my sister with her new Impreza purchase a few years ago. That experience was awesome, and I provided a very positive review. My sister has had her car serviced there and I believe was quite satisfied. Have been in a back and forth with them for about a month over a used car they sold us. The car was undriveable and within a couple miles it started leaking coolant. We took this car back THREE TIMES. The first time they claimed they fixed the issue and would not charge us for any work done, they simply topped off the coolant and tightened the clamp around the coolant hose as a bandaid. Had a great service experience today with Liam and Alberto. Great communication, and helped me test and replaced the bad battery under Subaru's factory warranty. Service is quick as well. Would recommend.
