Kelly was amazing, straight to the point and a great guy. We are pretty new at this RV and so we got some great advice. Trust me on this book him!!!!!!!!!
We had an AC unit sensor fail late in the afternoon. open Road RV sent Kelly out first thing the next morning and had us up and running in less than an hour! Great job Kelly!
Kelley was awesome, diagnosed the problem in 10 min and gave me a workaround till we got the new part in.
They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be using them again!
As a newbie RV’er I was quite nervous when my ac started raining inside! Calling to make an appt was easy and quick, we set a time and they were flexible with me as well. Kelly came out first thing in the morning and immediately got to work, diagnosing, fixing, and explaining the issue. He also took the time to answer some of my unrelated questions about the tanks, water situation, laundry, etc… that had been building up.
