We had open road winterize our travel trailer, when we had it de winterized, we found that there was still water in our Alde water heater and it had frozen and cracked during the winter. When we called to ask them to help us we the repairs they said they could not warranty their service for longer than 30 day. When I told them winter is longer than 30 days in Michigan, they didn’t seem to care and told us they would not do the repairs or help with any of the repair cost.
