Very GOOD AND RELIABLE. Fair rates. Very knowledgeable
We had open road winterize our travel trailer, when we had it de winterized, we found that there was still water in our Alde water heater and it had frozen and cracked during the winter. When we called to ask them to help us we the repairs they said they could not warranty their service for longer than 30 day. When I told them winter is longer than 30 days in Michigan, they didn’t seem to care and told us they would not do the repairs or help with any of the repair cost.
Had some issues with the tire gages, it turned out to be a huge electrical issue that would have led to bigger complications. Derek did awesome answering our questions and explaining what to look for in the future! Open Road is the way to go!!! We will be calling again!
Edward did a fantastic job!!! Very polite and respectful of my family of 7 kids. Also very knowledgeable on every question asked as well as up to date on the newer models. Thanks again Open Road!
