Poor diagnostic work. Vehicle was returned after repair with the same knocking noise still present. Parts were replaced without fixing the actual issue. Feels like trial-and-error repairs instead of proper inspection.
Open Road lost a customer for good this past week. The service manager really went at me for me not accepting the loaner they wanted to give me (dirty, 40% charged only (I have never had an electric car) and “I actually don’t have to offer you anything” zero luxury brand customer service! Went elsewhere- and wow! What a difference !
I had an appointment with loaner on Dec. 19 with loaner. I went there and they checked me in and took my driver's license and al documents and after waiting for more than 30 minutes the service advisor told me. We don't have a loaner for you but I will text you today for an update and its been for 3 days no one call or text.
