Open Road had a great price on a Ram 1500. I called and ended up talking to Juan Torres-Aguilar. Being out of state from Maryland, I had a lot of questions before I could see the car. Juan was very helpful in not only answering the questions, but also was honest about the condition of the vehicle (pre-owned cars are hardly ever perfect) and even FaceTimed me to walk around the car and zoom into certain areas. Had a wonderful experience at the Morristown dealership on 11/2024. Sales person was Wil Custodio and he was very professional, courteous, and patient. He was patient when I verbalized my dislike with the overview glass feature; and Wil Custodio explained the overview glass’ purpose. In turn, I truly love the feature now. Wil was available to me anytime of the day or evening when I had issues with the functionality of the car or initializing of the SiriusXM and resolved all the issues. Non communicative and didn’t file the correct paperwork for titling out of state. Horrible negotiating interaction. Do not recommend.
