Had a wonderful experience at the Morristown dealership on 11/2024. Sales person was Wil Custodio and he was very professional, courteous, and patient. He was patient when I verbalized my dislike with the overview glass feature; and Wil Custodio explained the overview glass’ purpose. In turn, I truly love the feature now. Wil was available to me anytime of the day or evening when I had issues with the functionality of the car or initializing of the SiriusXM and resolved all the issues. Poor costumer service. we got there to pick up the car and it had a flat tire, completely flat. We had to wait for them to swap it and never heard an apology during the 3 hour wait. No one ever said “I’m sorry” “Thank you for waiting” “Thanks for your business” “congrats on your new car, enjoy” NOTHING. This is our third BMW and we had never had such a horrible experience at any other BMW dealership.
Immediately helped on arrival and Omis was good work with; pulled a car I was interested in from the lot and offered a test drive. Process was quick; albeit with a little negotiation for my used vehicle. I would ask that warranties were discussed up front, and more paperwork provided about my loan at departure. I bought the car I wanted and left that day in it, in about 4 hrs.
