Hooked my family of 4 up with a deal of a lifetime and were extremely kind and helpful along the way. We recently bought a precertified IX from them and overall we had a pleasant experience. Our sales associate was Alex and the sales manager Marc were extremely helpful with the purchase. there was a minor issue with the car which was quickly resolved by Marc. the finance manager was also extremely friendly and polite. we recommend them.

I’ll leave 0 star if I can. Made appt 2 days ahead to view a car and was told it’s available. Drove hours to the store and was told they sold it yesterday. No contact ahead of time. They lied about calling earlier and only thing I got is a confirmed appt message. No one called ahead. No formal apology. The “best” part is the listing is still up. It’s just a clickbate to get you in so you can see other cars. Absolutely unethical. Stay away from this place.

This dealership is terrible. The receptionist lied, claiming the car was on the lot and asked us to schedule an appointment to come in. We drove an hour and a half to get there, only to be told upon arrival that the car wasn't actually at the dealership. Furthermore—something they failed to disclose—the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident.
