Open Road had a great price on a Ram 1500. I called and ended up talking to Juan Torres-Aguilar. Being out of state from Maryland, I had a lot of questions before I could see the car. Juan was very helpful in not only answering the questions, but also was honest about the condition of the vehicle (pre-owned cars are hardly ever perfect) and even FaceTimed me to walk around the car and zoom into certain areas.
