After another bike shop here in town - which I went to because of a Groupon and excellent online reviews - did a poor job on a tune-up, I decided to bring my bike to Open Road for service. I had been hesitant because of my perception that Open Road was pricey, and that it was more for serious cyclists than casual riders like me. I couldn't have been more wrong. Great bike shop. Excellent service. The whole Team is quite helpful. Bought a new Specialized and got a perfect fit with help from both Scotts. Every ride is awesome now! Can't wait for each weekend and the opportunity to go out and ride my new bike.
Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service. Big Scott at the Hendricks Ave store did an amazing job helping our 9 year old daughter find the perfect bike for her. Everyone in the store was super friendly and made our daughter feel special. Great to have an LBS like this one so near our home!
Bike / various crash at Mandarin and Brady Rd this am. lots of JSO cars and the entire is taped off. I have no other details
