I felt the good vibes from the moment I walked in this business. I'm admittedly not much of a "bike person" and wasn't even really looking for a bike. After a nice chat, Wally showed me some of his selection so I put my name on a waiting list. I was pretty excited when Wally called me personally a few days later and said that he had a bike for me. I would not recommend this bicycle store to anyone. So disappointed in the work I had done. Terrible work ethic!! I won't give them any more of my money. I will go somewhere that cares about thier customers. Left me with an unsafe bike to ride.

Went in today for a rear derailleur adjustment. The shop guys were so helpful and didn't make me feel like I was an idiot (I dropped my bike taking a pic). I am not used to such good customer service from other LBS.
Called about training wheels and Brittany taught my kiddo how to ride his bike instead!! I’m so grateful for their help!
The team made it super easy to grab a bike, even with the virus awkwardness. My wife loves the Specialized Pitch I bought her. Replaced the seat and bars to make it a beach/trail cruiser with a comfortable upright riding position. Thanks open Road Bicycles!
