We have tried to sell our unit twice before without success. Dimitri approached us through RateMyAgent. Dimitri took three weeks to sell our unit. His local knowledge is superb. He was transparent, honest (yes a real estate being honest:)) and clear of timeframes and possibilities of selling or not.
