Mi experiencia con mi terapeuta la Sr. Lizzette es algo que le agradeceré por siempre , es muy difícil poder conectar y sentir que en serio trabajan en ayudar , más embarazada y luego en el post parto . Pase por mucho sola en ese tiempo y en cada paso me sentí apoyada ya que el padre de mi hija no estuvo y trabajé hasta el día antes de tener a mi bebé . 4 años después sigo poniendo en práctica cada uno de sus consejos y siempre que necesito de ayuda acudo a su equipo de trabajo. Gracias de todo corazón . Recomiendo 100%

Our lives are better because of having my therapist. I am able to rationalize ideas of self doubt and learn to heal from trauma. I have learned that life will always throw lemons and having a therapist has taught me to master making lemonade but the confidence to sell it !

Lizzette is amazing. She listens, she is patient. She goes above and beyond to help her patients. Her knowledge and expertise through talk therapy as well as EMDR has changed my life. She suggest's books, podcasts and other additional tools so even between appointments you have resources to use. If you are struggling in any capacity, she will be the person you need to see.
