I have a VA/triwest referral. Call numerous times for three days and never got a live person. Left messages and never received a call back. On the voice mail they also said to call another number for appointments. When I did that it automatically disconnected the call. Probably time to get in touch with Regulatory and other governing bodies.
Horrible communication - made an appointment by calling the Loveland location (the only location on their website) - showed up timely just up be told that the appointment was made for their Harmony Campus in Fort Collins. This location was never communicated to us. 10 out of 10 times when an MRI is needed it's a serious situation that is time sensitive. Pleasant, clean, compassionate staff. Awesome not being in that tiny tube!
Don't waste your time with this business. I was in an MVA and needed a CSpine MRI. I made my appointment which was going to be paid for with med pay from my auto insurance. Claim was made and approved. Hours later I get a call from a lady also wanting my personal insurance because she didn't think my med pay would cover. She just assumed that. After arguing with her several minutes I just canceled. Scheduled with another business that day with no issues. Find another business for your MRI.
Great, friendly staff. Insurance tried to steer me somewhere else, glad I went here! Accommodates a Big Guy! Bills the same as their standard MRI location!
