I just had an open MRI at the Warwick location and was very pleased the way I was greeted with courtesy and how quickly I was called in for my MRI which lasted almost one hour. The male technician, who performed the procedure, could not have been nicer, his calm demeanor, his expertise, his pleasant personality certainly helped me a great deal to relax. I literally dozed off and felt very comfortable the whole time. It's a bit noisy, but that is understandable. A very satisfied and happy patient, Eva-Maria
Don't go to this place. This receptionist Carolina that I had to book my MRI with spoke to me like I was a child, really condescending. She kept repeating herself and didn't make any sense. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said that she was in charge of the warwick office right now. If this is who they let run their office I don't know how they are still in business. I told my doctor's office about it and his secretary said she hates sending patients their because of her. The place itself is dirty. I'll give them ... read more
OPEN MRI IS THE BEST MRI FACILITY IN NEW ENGLAND!!! – I have had like 15 MRI's done @ this place and I have never had any issues... This is the best MRI facility in the state. They do anything they can to make their patients feel comfortable and happy. Trust me- if you ever need an MRI- this is the place to go!!!
This place is TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! – My wife went there to have an injection of radioactive dye put into her shoulder and then have the MRI done. During the injection, the technician was supposed to use 3 needles(1 for the dye and 2 for Novocain) and make sure the injection was done with no pain. I got a frantic call at work from my wife stating they only used 1 needle and she was under pain the whole time the second injection was occurring.
