Este lugar tiene pésimo personal. Tenía pactado un MRI, estuve en la oficina 3 días antes para asegurarme de que todo estaba correcto con mi cita. Les dejé información de mi ultrasonido y las imágenes. Me confirmaron la cita el día anterior. Y al llegar a la oficina el día de la cita.... resultó que no aceptaban mi seguro de salud. Les dije que eso es incompetencia de ellas. La que me recibió mis exámenes es Crystal y jamás se aseguró de revisar bien mi información. Not enough staff?? I arrived at 7:55 am. My appointment was scheduled at 8:30am, but I was instructed to arrive at 8 am. When I arrived , I was the only client in the lobby area. No other patient/client was in the office until 8:30 am. I was called to complete the registration at 9:05 am. As reported by the receptionist, the staff in charge to complete the registration was coming from the other establishment. I paid at 9:10 am. Worst experience ever, from the hiring process to the work environment, and how they handle things with patients. The managers need to put more attention to the staff in order to perform a good service the whole company is friends and relatives that’s why they’re so unprofessional the HR department doesn’t hire anyone that is not recommended by a friend or relative the manager is aware of many situations but doesn’t do anything because if the girlfriend or wife or whatever doesn’t agree.
