Anxiety was on high this morning. The staff was amazing especially the duo team who had to deal with me in the back. Truly appreciate their patience. They calmed me & allowed my husband to stay with me. I was able to finish the MRI with their extra measures. Thank You!!
The receptionist was very rude. She was even rude to people on the phone. Hanging up on them. But the 2 ladies that did my MRI were amazing. Nicole and Nicole were wonderful. I was kinda nervous but they made sure to make me not so nervous. They were wonderful. After having to deal with the lady at the desk, Nicole and Nicole made it 100 times better. Those two get a billion stars from me.
I found all the people working at Open MRI of Ct. located in Glastonbury (there are other locations as well) to be Friendly supportive and skilled! I would rate the visit a 5 stars plus!!! The nurse/technician-Nicole was amazing!! she knew exactly how to deal with my anxieties and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Highly recommended to all!!!
I highly recommend this place, very welcoming and professional. From the receptionist, to the technician I had a great experience. Thank you Open MRI for making such a scary experience, a relaxing and comforting one.
The secretary was extremely rude, and unpolite.
