Excellent experience! The procedure was smooth from the beginning to end— from scheduling to registration to doing the actual scan. Got the full results of two MRIs the very next day. Miriam, who did the scans, was excellent! She was kind, efficient, and very clear. I couldn’t ask for anything else, and I don’t understand the comments about difficulty contacting the clinic— I had no trouble reaching them, and I received a prompt callback when I requested it. No one is working here - no one answers the telephone, nor emails. I cannot get them to send my MRI to my MD - horrible, horrible, experience - do NOT go here.
I was concerned for my child to have to sit through a traditional MRI. We were very happy to find an open MRI close to our house and their staff was efficient, proficient, kind and very pleasant throughout the process. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed in the future.
Super helpful and polite staff. Got me in right away to get an MRI on my neck! Will definitely be coming back if I ever need another MRI.
