I don't even understand how these people stay in business. I have been attempting to call them multiple times over the course of two days, at least sixteen attempted calls. Do they only have one person answering calls and if so, is this facilities call volume so high that you have to be a lucky winner just to get ahold of them? Regardless it's shameful that a medical facility would act in this manner when people need genuine help. Highly recommend you go elsewhere if possible.
Went there to get my MRI they were nice enough. I have been trying for a month to get my disk from them. She keeps telling me she mailed it to my Dr. but hasn't. So I finally got them other phone again and asked them to mail it to me. Still hasn't done it yet!!! They never answer the phone or return calls!! They are terrible would never refer anyone to them!!
So my initial visit was great. Parking was interesting. They only have a couple of spots to park in and they were full. Staff was courteous. The person taking the mri was very nice and helpful. My issue is that I’ve been waiting four weeks for them to send my mri to be read so I can get medical treatment. As this is workers comp, I am in limbo from getting medical treatment because my doctor is waiting on a radiologist report. Their computer system is down. It has been down for four weeks. This was my first visit to Open MRI in Douglas . This entire team was the most professional place I have ever visited ! They were so kind to me also and that meant the world to me ! Thank yall !!
The whole staff is super friendly, polite, and professional. I have not been to a medical office that is friendlier or more compassionate. Highly recommend.
