I went today with my husband for a scan of his shoulder, and was greeted with a welcoming smile by Cindi and her associate. Cindy was so helpful with assuring my clostapobic husband, that everything would be ok, and allowed me to be near in case he panicked and needed assistance. She guided him.calmly through the process, with a detail time table for each of the necessary scanning needed. I am a provider and I will never send people that I care about to this MRI Center. It is like pulling teeth to get a report that is needed to treat the patients. Not recommended at all.
I have been having problems in enclosed spaces. This was my fourth stop for an MRI. THE other three locations could not make me feel calm and safe and had little patience to do so. Today went for my fourth attempt here and it was a totally different experience. I even had stop the procedure one time. The tech was great made adjustments and we were able to complete it. I was very grateful and it was an excellent experience compared to other places I had been.
THIS PLACE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR DAYS BUT BESIDES THAT THEY HAVE A LARGE MRI MACHINE
Tech didn't appear to know what she was doing and lied about the test time. Kept repeating this test all the while being preoccupied not watching the progress. As a result I left feeling extremely nausea and was Not offered any assistance. I would not use in the future
