I had an appointment at Open MRI, and I must say, I was beyond impressed! The staff was kind, comforting, and professional the entire time! I had to be transported due to personal circumstances, and felt safe the entire drive! The staff really cares about your treatment and making sure you're comfortable while being seen. Thank you all so much!
Clean professional courteous what more can you ask for
I cannot say enough how professional and sweet this staff is. From the way that they greet you, to their bedside manners. As uncomfortable as it is to get an MRI, they do their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been to another MRI place in Corpus Christi. This place is the best. I wish I could give more stars. The bathrooms were super clean and smelled good as well. Thank you for taking professionalism in Corpus Christi it to the next level. It’s what this city needs.

Had appointment and had to wait an hr to get MRI and then that took an hr. What is the use to have an appointment if you gotta sit there for an hr? My time is just as valuable as theirs...ugh...not happy with this place!
