Had mri dine on a Friday. Went to Dr a week later and they had not faxed report yet. DR office called them about it. Now there computers are down making me have to wait. This unprofessionalism is unacceptable
Very fast with getting the reading back and they were super nice and very clean.
I highly recommend Open MRI of Camden. They were great with my 9 year old. They accommodated the fact I was at work and her grandma needed to take her. They emailed me all the paperwork and I was able to return it with a copy of the order without any issues. When they noticed the 2 fractures they didn't wait for us to need a copy for the specialist they foreseen the need and made a copy before the report was even on our PCP's desk. Great service, quick, polite and on top of everything.
