Stay away, they absolutely do not care about patient confidentiality or HIPPA regulations. I had to change an appointment a couple months ago and the person answering the phone got nasty with me on the phone. I found out later it was the office manager and she not only shared our conversation with people at the Bristol location 20 miles away but also embellished it saying I used foul language. which I promise did not do to.the fact I was in the waiting room with my massage therapist and her coworker.
