OMG, what an awesome experience. Jackie is wonderful; so calming, caring and soothing. I was able to get "unstuck".
My first experience of hypnosis was similar to meditation and dreaming, but Jackie is uniquely attuned to effectively guide the unconscious where I want to go. Having an intention accelerates the work and afterward I felt connected and refreshed.
I had a hypnotherapy session for my very first time. I was feeling skeptical going in, but that didn't matter, Jackie was able to relax me to the fullest. Her gentle approach adjusted my mindset deep inside from an uncontrollable negative state to now being in control of my thoughts and emotions. She helped me bring forward and see the ugly anger I was holding on to so I could release it and let it go. I now walk tall with confidence and a positive outlook.
