Stephanie and Jake were both extremely helpful guides while completing 10 weeks of NeuroOptimal therapy. The team at Open Mind Wellness are very welcoming, and made the process very accessible, all while being extremely knowledgeable about the benefits of NeuroOptimal. I would recommend them to anyone, as they helped me overcome some mental barriers I had been facing, for quite a while. My daughter has had major improvements in her health with nuero feedback. She went from all day, daily headaches to almost zero. If she happens to get a headache it only lasts about 10-20 minutes and then, disappears. She has also gone from extreme overwhelm and anxiety, to being able to cope with situations better. It's been life changing for her. Stephanie has been so kind and supportive as we walked this journey together. I'm so thankful that I came across Open Mind Wellness Centre!
