You know, Im a person who writes reviews and means them. Trust me if I write a review, you're either heaven on earth or complete warning I'd have to give people cause you know, you suck.. OpenMind Wellness centre.. honestly, I've been through therapy for the better part of close to 20 years. And while I still love my talk therapy, this with that.. It seems to too good to be true. But I really hope they can help me. I think they can, and I really need the help
After completing my 10 sessions what a wow after seeing where I started to where i ended. I can honestly say this works, there was significant shift for me & the goals I started with were met & my new goals not the same as the 1st set. My anxiety panic attacks are gone, brain fog is gone, i have finally achieved inner calm & piece for the 1st time. I highly recommend these treatments & the best part is no work is involved, what can be better than that!
She says there's no side effects to neuro-optimal. This is not true. Look up side effects, there's whole groups for it.
