It took 2 hours to get a MRI. Making a appointment is kind of ridiculous. They either suck at scheduling or they are over extended. Something needs to be done about it.
RecommendedI’m typing this as I’m sitting in the parking lot after having an MRI crying because this world is a better place with Heather and Todd in it. I am beyond grateful and thankful for the compassion shown today during my MRI. The closed in spaces of the equipment created a multitude of emotions during my procedure and they jumped in and helped to calm my nerves and reassure me I could finish the procedure. I LOVE good customer service and that's exactly what you get when you go to Open Imaging .
My son is large and feels comfortable using Open Imaging! He is in a wheelchair and appreciates how everyone helps him !
