Horrible customer service. My appointment was at 4:00 and they were running 2 hours late and they made NO PHONE CALL to let any of the scheduled appts know this. Then when I told them this they straight lied to my face and said your appointment was at 4:30 when I have a voicemail confirming my 4:00 appt from the day before. I ask to speak to a manager and they wouldn't even let me speak to him after I paid them $800 cash. Never will go here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LYING PLACE.
Their service is excellent, but their price is ridiculous. I won't go here again.
Inept, Inefficient and Rude Office Staff I will never return to this place. I can't speak for the facility or the technicians because I didn't even get to have the MRI I was scheduled for thanks to the negligence and ineptitude of the office staff in not finding the referral my doctor's office faxed last week. I waited for over 45 minutes only to be told I would have to go home and reschedule because they couldn't find the referral. Based on the fact that there was no answer, after over 30 rings, and no answering service or any kind. I would not go there. I checked the number to make sure I dialed correctly and I had. I'm only giving them one star because the software requires it.
I have called a lot of imaging centers for copies of patient xrays.This was one of the most positive experiences I have had! The staff were pleasant and helpful, and had what I needed in literally seconds. I hope the xray quality is as good as that experience.
There's simply no other way to decribe the Midwest Hemorrhoid Treatment Center here in the St. Louis Area except for OUTSTANDING! This group of specialist have a very special hand in this profession. Loving and caring people who simply will touch the very fabric of your life in a way that you will never forget what they do or forget them.
