This place is operating as if they are in the twilight zone. The receptionist was pleasant but incompetent. We waited because she couldn't figure out how to run a credit card, the place was Empty and we waited 40 minutes. The tech couldn't figure out how to burn a cd from the ct scan. Avoid this place at all costs. Looks like something out of 1950

Terrible! We were quoted a price for an mri. When the bill came it was double that price. We called and the manager said there was nothing they could do and they would not write off any money. To add insult to injury the images were so poor that my doctor could not read them. I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO THE MRI AGAIN! I am gonna be out over $1500!!!!! Kings is a joke!

I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Smart Choice. I had an MRI of my brain done here in January. I really appreciated the convenience of getting in the day after I called and the fact that there was no waiting once I checked in for my appointment. The MRI machine seems rather new, the facility is very clean, and as others has said well decorated. I've had several MRI's performed at different facilities in the Central Florida area. CDI is absolutely THE BEST BY FAR! From your original contact with them you are treated with great care - they remember you by your name. I recently had my 3rd MRI recently done there. The facilities are totally spotless. Everyone that works in the Winter Park location is so very caring and professional! Nothing you ask is too much. Horrible customer service. My appointment was at 4:00 and they were running 2 hours late and they made NO PHONE CALL to let any of the scheduled appts know this. Then when I told them this they straight lied to my face and said your appointment was at 4:30 when I have a voicemail confirming my 4:00 appt from the day before. I ask to speak to a manager and they wouldn't even let me speak to him after I paid them $800 cash. Never will go here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LYING PLACE.

Based on the fact that there was no answer, after over 30 rings, and no answering service or any kind. I would not go there. I checked the number to make sure I dialed correctly and I had. I'm only giving them one star because the software requires it.

This is the best MRI clinic I can imagine. The service was excellent. They got me in the same day I called and best of all they only charged me $600. I have high deductible insurance, so I have to pay for almost everything. This was the only place that I called that would tell me exactly how much they bill insurance. They told me they charge everyone $600. I'm going to tell everyone about Smart Choice MRI.
