I have traveled 2.5 hours one way 3 times in the last 5 years. Big bore 3T MRI w/music reduces my claustrophobia. Staff has always been A+. Opened on weekends.
I have had various imaging procedures at this facility. They are professional, wait time is relatively quick. Polite, clean and helpful. This is what patients need great environment.
The staff is very professional and kind. They charge a reasonable price for an MRI because it is owned by doctors. It is a great place to have an MRI done.
This place is operating as if they are in the twilight zone. The receptionist was pleasant but incompetent. We waited because she couldn't figure out how to run a credit card, the place was Empty and we waited 40 minutes. The tech couldn't figure out how to burn a cd from the ct scan. Avoid this place at all costs. Looks like something out of 1950
Terrible! We were quoted a price for an mri. When the bill came it was double that price. We called and the manager said there was nothing they could do and they would not write off any money. To add insult to injury the images were so poor that my doctor could not read them. I HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO THE MRI AGAIN! I am gonna be out over $1500!!!!! Kings is a joke!
I've had several MRI's performed at different facilities in the Central Florida area. CDI is absolutely THE BEST BY FAR! From your original contact with them you are treated with great care - they remember you by your name. I recently had my 3rd MRI recently done there. The facilities are totally spotless. EXCELLENT! BEST AROUND! Friendly and reassuring staff. Machine is open on all four sides - great for claustrophobic people. Easy to get appointments during day, evening, and weekends.
This is a professional facility with heart. I was so touched by the staff's willingness to help me get through a difficult time. I have and will continue to refer patients and friends to this facility.
