Paid rent with Yolanda, and new staff aka land lord comes sayn I never paid lol ! They lost files records and all that ! Beside them checking and verifying completely, they said I never paid put me in a payment plain , and they say exit date ! But nope I have files and records and if anything happen ik the housing authority on speed dial and immunity in open court due to victim in a case ! I worked with Jennifer and she was absolutely amazing!!! Sadly, I asked for therapy with my psychiatry appointment but I was never connected to a therapist. I had a diagnosis appointment but I was never told a diagnosis just put on meds which is a little concerning. Anytime I call, there is no answer so good luck getting someone on the phone. I was a fully online patient and my appointments were a little late but no more than 10 minutes so not a big deal for me but for others just an fyi
I’m going to start this review by if I could give 0 stars I would” the communication was all over the place. It was very clear that their priorities were getting as many kids as possible, over working their staff to the point of my son getting minutes a day with his coach. They make you believe they care about your child and their growth but then drop them without warning. Thank goodness he had coaches who actually cared about him.
