Property I rent is fine but there is absolutely no kind of work ethic or professionalism from any of thr property owners Ive dealt with. No response to emails and calls, no emergency contact, no emergency maintenance plans, piss poor record keeping, bills and charges tacked on without reason or warning, no followups for services involving 3rd parties like cleaning gutters to see if the company ever showed up. Id give zero stars if I could, screw this company.

I’ve been renting a home with open heart properties for over a year now. I’ve never had a single negative interaction, feeling or response from anyone. I am honestly completely shocked to read the reviews. I am aware everyone’s experience is different, but they have been nothing but kind and supportive with myself and my family.

I rented a unit in a duplex from Open Heart Properties for 2 years and while my experience with them was amazing in the beginning, things went sour as soon as it came time to renew my lease. They hounded me for weeks after I already confirmed that I was going to renew my lease and threatened to evict me if I didn't respond. I had to call the property manager several times to confirm that I wanted to renew. Don't rent from them horrible ppl an will charge u with ever little thing when you move from ware an tear of just living there even if u clean spot less
