If you’re looking for real personal mental help, run away from Open Hearts Family Wellness Tempe location. They are just collecting insurance money for appointment setting and medicine distribution. They don’t care about the patient at all, it’s just a job for them. This place is 0 star horrible! Melissa (the phone assistant) you get to deal with is a joke, short answers and very condescending when you call her to ask questions. If I could give it 0 I would. Please stay away from this place!!!! If you are looking for an autism diagnosis please know that there isn’t anyone on staff licensed to diagnose autism. If you are looking for an adhd diagnosis with a professional please be aware these are done by a practitioner not a doctor. No in person appointments either but you will get a prescription without meeting the patient and truly evaluating them which probably falls under unethical practices and get ready to rearrange your schedule every time you ... read more
