No phone etiquette at all. Cancelled our appointment because they stated that we didn’t confirm the appointment. When I told them we didn’t receive any confirmation calls at all the lady just sat quiet on the phone. The next available Friday appointment wasn’t until December after we already waited over a month for the appointment we had today. I had heard so many good things about this clinic but with unprofessional experience I won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

I have been going here since 2021 and yes, as some other reviews have stated there have been a couple front desk people who I have encountered who caught me off guard, as I found them kinda rude. Yet, at the same time I know they were usually training and would be gone the next time I went. The consistent staff though are amazing!
