I had such a great experience when I took the morning Qigong class! As a lifelong martial artist and fitness enthusiast, I thought I knew exactly what to expect when I signed up for Qigong with David. What I got instead was deep relaxation and a stronger sense of understanding my body's role in balancing energy. What I liked most was the emphasis on relaxation or "soft" movements with great coaching to make adjustments as needed.

David is magic! I came to Open Flow in my first trimester of pregnancy. At that time, I was so nauseas that I struggled to eat, drink water, sleep, and take care of myself or my kids. This led to some significant depression. After only one session, I was a new person. I could take care of myself and my kids. I could handle the typical nausea and exhaustion of first trimester and still enjoy life. Thank you David!

David at Open Flow Acupuncture listened to my words and my body. My experience of the comprehensive exploration of my history and channel exam (physical exam) was comfortable. Though the history and physical troubles were personally difficult to review, his approach and sincerity about caring for me as a patient was evident. I have gotten acupuncture many times within the last 20 years and was excited to see Open Flow open and am so glad I decided to give it a try.
