I have gotten acupuncture many times within the last 20 years and was excited to see Open Flow open and am so glad I decided to give it a try. I have had a few treatments thus far with David Derdiger and am so thrilled with the results that I had to write a review. First of all the facility is spotless and warm. When I first started acupuncture, I didn't know if it was going to work. David was able to take a logical and realistic approach to my care plan that I appreciated. I've seen David for about two years and have seen such significant progress that I followed him from Chicago to his new practice Open Flow Acupuncture. My experience at Open flow was 10/10. From the minute I walked in, there were educational books in the waiting area and the ambiance was very soothing. Shortly after being brought into the treatment room David explained to me everything he would be doing and how it would benefit me. He is very skilled and precise with the needles and I’ve always been afraid of needles so it was a relief how calm he was as this was my first time getting acupuncture. I've seen David for 6 months regarding overall joint, muscle, and anxiety issues. Other medical approaches were not finding answers or providing relief. Since the first couple of weeks of appointments, I noticed improvements in mobility and emotional stability. David was great and very helpful. I did cupping with him to improve my athletic performance and release tension in my back and it worked very well. David even follows up with me after my appointment to make sure everything was going well.
