DO NOT USE THEM!@!! Move in was good with paperwork...move in inspection was noted, place dirty and dusty. Leased a year from them and cleaned home myself 150%. They charged me 654 for cleaning..so over half my deposit. Home was like 1100 sq ft. No carpet. They said don't matter how it was when u moved in lease says cleaned with guidelines...I did..I have pictures b4 and after. There response is going ahead and sue. DOES ANYONE WANT TO CHECK INTO A CLASS ACTION CASE B4 I GO TO SMALL CLAIMS? let me know!
Open door rental has been very open and helpful. Such kind ladies in the auburn Indiana. My leasing agent was awesome and even though I am unsure of the young lady who helped me sign my papers she was awesome and very informative.
