I really like Dr Parmley but the billing dept is terrible. I’ve had numerous issues I’m considering changing to another provider.
Dr parmley and her team never fail to consistently provide the best care I have ever received. I always feel seen and heard by all of the staff and am always very satisfied with how I am treated at my appointments.
Dr. Parmley is extremely thorough, kind and caring. I have never had a provider sit and talk with me in depth and discuss my health concerns as much as she has. For example, she sat with me and went line by line reading my labs and explaining at length which each result meant, which a provider has never done for me before. Lindsey at the front desk and other staff are just as great as well. Very friendly and kind. The office is lovely and I just love that I can go somewhere that I feel valued and welcome.
I’ve been going to Dr. Parmley’s office for my annual wellness visits for two years now, and until recently, everything seemed fine. However, my latest experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I went in for my routine wellness exam, which included labs—a service fully covered by my insurance.
