This is not even a serious resource. Don't waste your time, especially if you really need help. You can't even get a phone call returned by "David", and God forbid that you could talk to a real human being on the main number. Total joke, but not funny considering this is what serves the community's needs right now.
This place used to be great, but it has gone downhill. Everyone has an attitude there, from the front desk people (specially the guy, he looks at you like you're stupid), to the phlebotomist. The phlebotomist needs to seriously re-learn her skills. She wipes the spot with the cleanser, then proceeds to touch it again (you're not suppose to, otherwise it's no longer disinfected). The hours of operation are incorrect and need to be updated! I just arrived at the time the building allegedly opens yet I was late because apparently they actually open over an hour earlier! Thoroughly irritated that now I have to waste time waiting to be seen cause I was late because I wasn’t told the building even opens at that time and no online place has the time at 7am instead it says 8:30am

Cant reach anyone here on a regular basis. NEVER return voice mails left for them. They pay a call center to manage there calls - they have no information regarding your appointments or any information for that matter. They take messages aswell and no one ever gets back to you. They offer behavioral health services but havent had a psychiatrist for over 3 months. The place is a total joke.
