I've been coming here for years. After complaining one time I started being treated differently. I voiced my frustration and be came a patient that's not treated fairly, not heard and not understood. And when I voiced that miss Denkia (forgot her last name but I think it starts with an 'M') she says to me in a sparky tone "WELL YOU CAN JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE".
