Nothing but great things to say about the entire organization. Runs like a clock. Staff and doctors couldn’t be better.
The staff are welcoming and kind. I’ve never had a doctor like Dr.Kelvin Vu. His bedside manner is the best in the business.
I am 74 years old and I’ve been with Open Door more than 20 years. I have had several doctors and PAs with never a problem. Currently I see Dr. Scher and have for years. I always receive honest answers to all my questions from her and her MA. Open Door always helps with estimating costs and help me with payment plans. I am treated respectfully from the time I enter the door. If I need assistance or a wheelchair or a mask, they are quick to supply.
