I am 74 years old and I’ve been with Open Door more than 20 years. I have had several doctors and PAs with never a problem. Currently I see Dr. Scher and have for years. I always receive honest answers to all my questions from her and her MA. Open Door always helps with estimating costs and help me with payment plans. I am treated respectfully from the time I enter the door. If I need assistance or a wheelchair or a mask, they are quick to supply. Great care with Cindy Norcelle and her attending staff. Very thorough and great about. Communication between them and my standford care teams..I have a complicated health history and she is great about staying on top of it! Fantastic Doctors and nurses team in my experience. .
