I was trying to park and walk in but the security guard first shooed me away thinking I wasn’t a customer and when I tried to explain he yelled at me saying the parking was for customers only but didn’t let me explain that I was trying to walk in
정말 별하나가 아까울 정도로 불친절한 은행입니다.저희 아이의 체킹어카운트를 오픈하려 방문했는데 이렇게 불친절하게 대하는 은행은 본적이 없어요....표정도 뭐가 그리 못마땅한 표정인지 알수가 없더군요...너무 화가나서 오픈안하고 나와서 뱅크오브호프에서 체킹어카운트 오픈했네요...친절한 뱅크오브호프의 은행을 보니 너무 비교가 되네요....제가 가지고 있는 오픈뱅크의 체킹어카운트와 CD어카운트 모두 클로즈할 생각입니다.정말 다시는 가고싶지 않은 은행이예요...최악입니다.
