I had to wait for 40 minutes before Doctor could see me even when I had an appointment as Dr. was running behind. I was stressed out before my appointment because it was taking longer and I needed to get back to work on time. Anyways Dr. Raymond saw me and she was kind enough to do my pap and other tests on the same visit and removed my IUD in 1 minute. It was so quick. She did mention alternative birth control but I didnt feel she judged or forced me to go on BC so all starts to her. Thank you!
I did my own research in looking for an OB in Toronto and I liked that Open Arms promotes how inclusive they are. The front staff are always kind and helpful and my Dr. Melanie Ornstein is amazing.
Grateful to receive the service I need. They get the job done. However the comfort/welcome factor depends on who you’re dealing with. Dr. Frecker is nice, one of the receptionists is nice. I feel like the other two people I have spoken to are very “meh” and not warm, which is appreciated when I’m experiencing discomfort/uncertainty. I kind of dread calling the office, I find myself having to make a few attempts before getting ahold of someone.
